‘Create Account’ and complete the form.

Once you have created an account and registered for the
Farewell Griffin Park auction, you will be able to bid.

which will take you through to the lots.

What is the duration of the auction once it begins to close?

This depends on how many lots there are and whether extended bidding occurs.

There will be approximately 1 minute between each lot closing.
For example, if Lot 1 were to close at 9:00am, Lot 2 would start to
close at 9:01am. If any lots are bid on in the last 5 minutes,
5 extra minutes will be added. This is called extended bidding.

What is a Buyer’s Premium (BP) and How Much do I Pay?

The buyer's premium is a percentage of the selling price that is added to cover administrative expenses. It is a common practice among auctioneers used to offset the costs of running an auction online.
The buyer’s premium is 10% and this will be added to the winning bid price.  VAT at 20% is added to the winning lot price and the BP.

Example Winning Lot Cost

Winning Bid Price              £50.00
BP at 10%                              £ 5.00
VAT on Bid price & BP      £11.00
Total                                     £66.00
